IN-W vs BD-W Dream11 prediction for Women’s Asia Cup T20 2022

India Women will look to bounce back after suffering a 13-run defeat against arch-rivals Pakistan in their last game on Friday.

Led by captain Harmanpreet Kaur, India started their Women’s Asia Cup 2022 campaign with a 41-run win over Sri Lanka before beating Malaysia by 30 runs (D/L method) in their second fixture. The Women in Blue later thrashed United Arab Emirates (UAE) by 104 runs.

With six points from four games, India are currently at the top of the standings due to a superior net run-rate than Pakistan, who also have accumulated the same points.

On the other hand, Bangladesh Women head into the India fixture after hammering Malaysia by 88 runs.

The Nigar Sultana-led side had earlier beaten Thailand by nine wickets but lost to Pakistan by the same scoreline in the ongoing Women’s Asia Cup. Bangladesh Women are currently placed third in the standings with four points from three games.

India Women have a dominant head-to-head record against Bangladesh Women in T20I cricket, winning 10 of the 12 matches that they have played so far. Bangladesh have managed just two victories.

Harmanpreet Kaur’s side secured a 18-run win against Bangladesh in their previous T20I meeting at the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup fixture in Perth in 2020.

Going by past head-to-head record, IN-W will start as favourites against BD-W on Saturday.
