MS Dhoni leads the charts for most stumpings in ODI cricket with 123 stumpings across 350 matches. 

The former Indian captain averages a stellar one stumping per game. He is the only keeper in ODI cricket history to account for more than 100 stumpings with the record of three stumpings in an ODI match thrice. MS Dhoni has 25 stumpings to his name against Sri Lanka alone - the most by a wicket-keeper against any team.

Sri Lanka’s Kumar Sangakkara is next on the list with 99 stumpings in 404 matches. With 482 dismissals in total, Sangakkara leads the charts with most dismissals in ODI cricket. 

Another Sri Lankan Romesh Kaluwitharana is amongst the list of most dismissals in ODI cricket. In his career spanning 14 years, Kaluwitharana accomplished 75 successful stumpings across 189 matches. He had carried out 22 stumpings against Pakistan alone, the second player after MS Dhoni to account for most stumpings against a single team in ODIs.  

Moin Khan leads the charts for Pakistan with 73 stumpings in 219 matches. With 287 dismissals as a wicket-keeper, Moin Khan is amongst the top five wicket-keepers with most dismissals in ODI cricket. 

Australia’s Adam Gilchrist is the first player outside Asia to account for most dismissals in ODI cricket. Gilchrist has 55 stumpings to his tally in 287 ODI matches. 

Amongst active cricketers, Bangladesh’s Mushfiqur Rahim has 46 stumpings in 227 ODI matches. The former Bangladesh captain has 19 stumpings against Zimbabwe in ODI cricket.
