The youngest format of international cricket has seen several big hitters changing the course of the game single-handedly with their ability to clear the boundary. Team India captain Rohit Sharma holds the record for hitting the most sixes in T20Is, with 182 sixes so far.

Rohit Sharma, one of the most destructive white-ball batters of the modern era, has smashed 182 sixes in 148 T20Is so far.

The Indian cricket star has played the most T20 internationals to date. In 140 innings, Rohit has scored 3853 runs at an average of 31.32. Striking at 139.24, he has smashed four hundreds and 29 fifties so far in his 16-year-long career.

Martin Guptill - 173 sixes in T20Is

Martin Guptill, one of the mainstays of New Zealand's batting in limited overs cricket over the years. The Kiwi is second on the list for the most sixes in T20Is with 173 sixes in 122 games so far.

The enigmatic stroke-maker has scored 3531 runs in 118 innings at an average of 31.81. He has smashed a couple of centuries and 20 half-centuries, striking at 135.70.

Aaron Finch - 125 sixes in T20Is

Australia's T20I skipper, Aaron Finch, is third on the list with 125 sixes in 103 games so far. The aggressive top-order batter also led Australia to its first T20 World Cup title in 2021.

In 103 innings, he has amassed 3120 runs at an average of 34.28. Finch has hit two hundreds and 19 fifties at a strike rate of 142.53. He is the only Australian batter to cross the 3000-run mark in T20 internationals.

Meanwhile, Chris Gayle and Eoin Morgan complete the top five list for the most sixes in T20Is. Gayle has smashed 124 sixes in 79 games while Morgan has hit 120 sixes in 115 matches.

Gayle has scored 1899 runs in 75 innings at a strike rate of 137.50. The Universe Boss has hit a couple of centuries and 14 half-centuries in his 15-year-long career. Morgan has amassed 2458 runs in 107 innings. The former England skipper has hit 14 half-centuries at a strike rate of 136.17.
