The Fairbreak XI cricket team will tour the Netherlands for a three-match women's T20 series starting on August 31.
Fairbreak XI will travel to the Netherlands after a multi-format cricket tour of Scotland. The team is currently on a 12-game tour across multiple countries (England, Scotland and the Netherlands) that began on August 15, 2022.
This is the third time Fairbreak have hit the road for a long tour, having done it previously in 2018 and 2019.
The Netherlands women’s cricket team, meanwhile, is coming off a 0-3 ODI series whitewash against Ireland. As far as their T20 form is concerned, the Dutch side registered a 3-2 series win over Namibia women.
Sterre Kalis (670 runs) and Iris Zwilling (27 wickets) enter the T20I series as Netherlands women’s leading batter and bowler in the T20I format.
The Netherlands vs Fairbreak XI T20 series will be the hosts’ final assignment on their summer schedule that began in June. All matches will be played at the VRA ground in Amstelveen.
