Real Madrid vs Espanyol recent form
While Real Madrid are coming on the back of a 3-4 defeat at hands of Manchester City in the UEFA Champions League, they have won three of their last five matches across all competitions. Considering their league run, they have beaten Celta Vigo, Getafe, Sevilla and Osasuna in each of their last four matches.
Espanyol, on the other hand, have struggled for results and have just two wins in their last five outings. In fact, since March to the current date, the team has won just three out of the seven matches they have played in the league.
