Table-toppers Manchester City could seal their third Premier League title in four years this weekend if they win their match against Crystal Palace and Manchester United lose at Old Trafford to arch-rivals Liverpool.

The Cityzens have a 10-point lead at the top of the table with 15 points left to play for this season and have an enormously superior goal difference to United.

Pep Guardiola’s men will kick-off matchweek 34, which also features several other mouth-watering clashes lined up for the weekend, and here are the numbers that will help you ace it:

Crystal Palace vs Manchester City

Manchester City head into the Crystal Palace game after they defeated Paris Saint-Germain 2-1 in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League semi-finals on Wednesday.

Interestingly, Manchester City are unbeaten in their last five Premier League away games against Crystal Palace since a 2-1 defeat in April 2015.

Furthermore, City have a dominant head-to-head record against the Eagles, winning 13 of the 21 matches played between these two sides in the Premier League. Crystal Palace have secured just three victories while five matches have ended in a stalemate.

Going by current form and head-to-head record, Manchester City will start as overwhelming favourites when they take on Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Chelsea vs Fulham

Chelsea take on Fulham at Stamford Bridge on Saturday night as Thomas Tuchel’s side look to finish in the top four in order to stay in contention for next year’s Champions League.

However, the Blues managed to get a good result in their Champions League visit away to Real Madrid as they drew 1-1 in the first leg of the semi-final.

Under Thomas Tuchel, Chelsea have been on a decent run in the league, having lost just once in the league as he had suffered a shocking 5-2 loss at home to West Bromwich Albion.

On the other hand, Fulham are looking to avoid relegation this season having failed to register a single win in their last five matches.

Chelsea are tipped to add three points to their tally at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

Newcastle United vs Arsenal

Newcastle United lock horns with a struggling Arsenal side at the St. James' Park on Sunday. Mikel Arteta’s men have managed to register just one win in their last five matches in the Premier League. Furthermore, Arsenal lost the first leg of their Europa League semi-final 2-1 to Villarreal on Thursday.

Meanwhile, 16th-placed Newcastle United will look to assure their place in the top-flight next season. With two wins and two draws, Newcastle United have lifted themselves from the brink of relegation towards Premier League survival for another season.

However, Arsenal have won four of their last five matches at the St. James' Park and they will look to continue their good run on Sunday.

Manchester United vs Liverpool

Manchester United hosting arch-rival Liverpool at Old Trafford on Sunday is undoubtedly the biggest game of the weekend.

The Red Devils will be high on confidence after they thrashed AS Roma 6-2 in the first leg of the Europa League semi-final.

Additionally, Ole Gunnar Solskjær’s men are unbeaten in their last 13 games, dating back to a 2-1 loss against Sheffield United in January.

Defending champions Liverpool, on the other hand, have had a horrid campaign so far. They have been pretty inconsistent in the Premier League, winning just 15 of the 33 matches played so far.

Furthermore, the Reds have failed to defeat Manchester United in their last five matches at Old Trafford.
